I’m so making these burritos next week, oh my gosh. Seriously, I haven’t had Mexican food in ages and this just sounds amazing.

2 teaspoons canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chile powder
1 teaspoon minced chipotle chile in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup water, chicken broth, or vegetable broth
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
6 Tablespoons fresh salsa 
6 10-inch whole wheat flour tortillas, warmed in microwave for 10-15 seconds
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, pepperjack, monterey jack, or a mixture)
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 cups chopped spinach
6 Tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
6 Tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
